  • Overhead mechanical, electrical and plumbing on levels 1 through 5
  • Interior framing of level 4
  • Shaft walls on levels 3 and 4
  • Exterior framing on levels 3 through 5
  • Miscellaneous steel detail
  • In-wall mechanical, electrical and plumbing on levels 1 through 3
  • South elevation waterproofing
  • Southwest elevation curtainwall and storefront
  • Roof trusses and decking
  • West level 1 precast

  • Steel decking and welding
